In 2008 and 2009, Abmip and Cellid have been working at several locations (mostly Rekçitsbonk) writing, recording and producing their debutalbum 'Forest Fruit'. Surrounded by trees, animals, drumkits and a lot of synthesizers, they tried to translate the atmosphere of their hometown to music.
Rik Kraak and Lourens van Haaften (Dutch musicians) were invited to play some bass and guitarparts. The vocal additions to some tracks were done by Charlene, Steye, Benny Sings, Dean Tippet and Master Surreal. A result to be heard and seen: 12 fresh 'n fruity tracks, for in your livingroom or on the dancefloor, always tasty.
